The Diaconate Ministry

As servant leaders, the primary purpose for the Diaconate Ministry is to exercise ministry and care for the sick and needy among the membership. The deacons assist the pastor and other ministries in advancing the spiritual welfare of the church. They assist the pastor in promoting peace and harmony in the church and in the community. The deacons also serve communion to members who are unable to attend church.
